If your product arrives broken or damaged, we kindly request that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. To initiate the return or refund process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at (insert email) and provide the following information: Order number, Description of the issue(s), Supporting evidence (i.e., photos, recordings)
- Our team will review your case within 5 business days and guide you through the return process.
- Once we have reviewed the provided evidence and confirmed the issue, we will offer you two options:
Return & Refund: We will provide you with a return label, and upon receiving the item will refund the cost of the item (minus return shipping fees).
or
Replacement: We can send you a brand new plush at no additional cost.
